For events taking place in the ACC and The Pullman, the Conference Team are on hand to assist you in securing an audio-visual equipment package that best suits the format of your event.

The maximum number of additional microphones (handheld, tabletop, lapel) in any combination is three.

Plasma Screens 42″ are suitable for audiences under 30, larger groups require Plasma Screen 50″. As well, when ordering any Plasma Screen or the LCD Projector & Screen, a laptop must also be ordered as an extra.

Dedicated Technicians are on hand for the duration of your event- technicians for event set up are not charged.

Lead retrieval allows you to capture the details of people who visit your stand or attend your fringe event. We will issue you with a small handheld scanner to scan the barcodes on guest’s badges. A list of all scanned barcodes with names and email addresses will be sent to you post event.
