Visitor Passes
Everyone wishing to attend Labour Party Annual Conference must apply for a security pass. Please make sure you read the application guidelines when completing your online application forms. Prices are displayed on page two of the online application forms.
Please check your application deadline carefully, this can be found at the top of the application form online.
We are unable to guarantee that applications received after the deadline can be processed. It may also be subject to late application surcharges.

What pass should I have?
Any member of the Labour Party can attend Annual Conference as a visitor and there are a range of passes available for all, or part of conference starting from just £30. Applications are now open.

Every CLP and affiliated organisation is entitled to send delegates to Annual Conference. Delegate application packs will be sent directly to constituencies, trade unions and affiliates. You must be elected by your organisation to attend conference as a delegate, so speak to a role holder in your constituency if you’re interested.
The title of Ex-officios includes Parliamentarians, Councillors, GLA members, Directly Elected Mayors, Assembly Members, and Police and Crime Commissioners. Applications will open in early 2023.
If you are an elected representative of the National Policy Forum, you can apply for a Committee pass. Applications will open in early 2023.

If you are applying to represent your organisation, be that a charity, a commercial venture, a media outlet, an international organisation, or if you’re hosting a fringe or exhibition stand, click below to see the pass options available.
If you are under 14, you can apply for free. Applications will open in early 2023.
