Corbyn responds to news that 308,000 people registered to vote on National Voter Registration Day
Responding to the news that 308,000 thousand people registered to vote yesterday (22 November), more than any other day of the General Election campaign, Jeremy Corbyn, Labour Party Leader, said:
“Yesterday Labour got behind National Voter Registration Day – unlike the Conservatives – because we want you to have a say in the future of our country.
“And more than 300,000 people registered to vote.
“Make sure you can have your say on 12th December”
