The first 27 Neighbourhood Health Centres are being rolled out by repurposing and improving existing NHS buildings, starting with the communities that need them most. This brings care closer to home.

There are over 4,500 more secondary, special school and FE teachers, over 1,300 schools have joined the free breakfast club programme, and we have ended private school tax breaks.

Waiting lists are down by over 400,000, ambulance response times are quicker, there are more than 2,000 extra GPs, and overall GP satisfaction is up.

The Renters' Rights Act now protects 11 million renters from no-fault evictions and ends bidding wars. Housing starts rose 24% in Q4/25 – the highest in two years.

We are making the biggest ever investment in homegrown clean power, delivering energy security and bringing good industrial jobs back to all parts of the UK.

Since we came into office knife crime is down 10%, homicide is down 9% and the number of suspects being charged with crimes is up.

We’ve increased the National Living Wage and the National Minimum Wage, giving millions of workers on the lowest incomes a pay rise. 

Net migration is down by more than 80% from its peak, we are closing asylum hotels, small boat arrivals are falling and people smuggling arrests are up.
