Thank you for helping us to share our message and show even more people what the Labour Party does. We are grateful to you for sharing your stories with us. When you share your information with us we may refer to you as either: 

• A ‘Real Voices’ participant; or 
• An ‘Endorser’.

Your Agreement 

Where you have ticked a box to agree to these terms and conditions, it means that you grant to the Labour Party (“the Party”), and any person working under its direction, an unlimited payment-free right to use, copy, edit and distribute in any personal data and media which includes but is not limited to: 

• pictures and sound materials produced by or for the Party in which you appear, and may include your name and/or further biographical details which are attributable or attributed to you,  

• words, text or comments produced by or for the Party which are attributable or attributed to you, 

to be used in connection with any of its political campaigns.  

NOTE: please tell us if any part of any information about you may not be used by emailing [email protected]  

These rights may be terminated by you at any time, on not less than 28 days written notice from you to the Party. Such termination from you shall not apply to any material produced by the Party before receipt of your notice to terminate.  

• You acknowledge and agree that this release is binding upon your heirs and assigns.  
• You confirm that you have given nothing of value to the Party or any other person for the right to appear. 
• You confirm you are over the age of 18 and have read and understood these terms and conditions.  

If a person appearing in photographs or recordings, or who has statements attributed to them is under the age of 18, you: 

• Confirm that you are that person’s parent or legal guardian and that the above statements also apply to such child.  

NOTE: please tell us if any part of any information about a child that you are the parent or legal guardian of, may not be used by us. You can do this by emailing [email protected]

These terms are governed by English law and wherever you live you can bring claims against us in the English courts.  If you live in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims against us in the courts of the country you live in. We can claim against you in the courts of the country you live in.
