Salary: £32,246.69 (gross) per annum, with a fixed sum allowance of £1,195 (gross) per annum and a Car Allowance £5,000.00 (gross) per annum

Duration:  A fixed-term contract until 10 May 2027.

Hours: Full Time

The Darlington Labour Group is looking to recruit a full time Local Organiser. The post-holder will be responsible for ensuring effective campaign organisation across field and digital, working towards the 2027 local elections in Darlington.

The successful candidate will have:

• Knowledge and understanding of the Party organisation at branch, constituency and national level
• Experience of organising a campaign
• Experience of working with volunteers.
• Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision and to deliver work to agreed deadlines.
