Thank you for your application to attend this year’s Labour Party Annual Conference in Liverpool. The Labour Party is committed to providing a fully accessible Annual Conference. We have a number of facilities available to assist delegates and visitors, and we will make reasonable adjustments where possible.

Hearing

Conference hall will operate a hearing loop, and BSL interpretation will be available during every plenary session. We will be providing a palantypist service for all Main Hall plenary sessions. This service will provide live subtitles to a personal device such as a tablet or mobile phone. This service is accessible via dedicated Wi-Fi, and visiting www.labour.org.uk/conferencetext. The password for the dedicated Wi-Fi can be obtained from the Party Stand, the Conference Services Office, an Accessibility Steward in the Main Hall, or a Main Hall Steward. Each policy seminar will provide a hearing loop.

Parking

We have a very limited number of parking spaces available for blue badge holders only. The spaces are allocated on a first come first served basis. If you require a space, please complete the below section.

Transcription Documents

The Conference Magazine and Accessibility Mini-Guide can be transcribed into Braille, audio tape or large print. The service must be ordered prior to Conference, please tick below if required:
