Apply for your Pass
All visitors wishing to enter the secure zone must have accreditation.
There are two tiers of accreditation: complex and balcony. While complex grants access to the Fringe and Exhibition, balcony allows for access to the Conference Hall in addition.
Please make sure you read the application guidelines when completing your online application forms. Prices are displayed on page two of the online application forms.
Please check your application deadline carefully, this can be found at the top of the application form online.
We are unable to guarantee that applications received after the deadline can be processed. It may also be subject to late application surcharges.

Member Visitor Applications
All eligible members will receive their Annual Conference invitation later in the year to apply for their pass.

Commercial Visitor applications are now open. Please note you must supply a letter from the organisation you are representing, or the URL of your profile on your company website, to support your application.

Third Sector Visitor applications are now open. We offer substantially discounted passes for third sector organisations. To take advantage of this significant discount on third sector pass prices, please ensure you apply early.
