Exhibition at Annual Conference

Exhibiting at our Conference is a unique opportunity to increase awareness of your aims and objectives to a wider audience and reach influential groups of visitors with your message. Located next to our main conference hall in the ECL, as well as in the ACC Galleria, the Exhibition is a core part of our Conference and a meeting place for our visitors.

Stands are now available to book as a shell scheme or space-only option in a range of sizes and locations with a limited number of prime sites available close to main entrances, walkways, and catering areas. Increase awareness of your stand to our visitors with hanging banners, floor graphics, and advertising options including on our digital screens.

All stands include passes, exhibitor entry in our conference guide, and complimentary images and prime stands include added extras of logo positions on our exhibition hall branding and QR walls.

Accreditation for Exhibitors

You must have a Conference Pass to enter the secure zone

Everyone requiring access to the secure zone from Sat 22 September will be required to wear a security pass. The secure zone at Conference 2024 is made up of the ACC, Exhibition Centre, and the Pullman Hotel.

Each Exhibition stand includes either EIGHT exhibitor passes for each stand 2m x 2m and over or FOUR exhibitor passes for stands of 3m x 1m.

Additional event holder passes are available from £265.00 per person.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all your key personnel and staff are accredited in adequate time for Conference. The deadline for applications is 30 July 2024.

Beyond this stage, we are unable to guarantee that applications received after the 19 July will be processed in time for Conference and the cost of accreditation will rise.
