Youth & Student Co-ordinator

Salary: £40,448.02 (gross) per annum inclusive of London Weighting, with a fixed sum allowance of £1,195. There is the ability to progress to £44,029.83 over the next 2 years.

Location: Head Office – London

Duration: A fixed-term contract until the next General Election.

The Labour Party is looking to recruit a Youth & Student Co-ordinator. The post-holder will be responsible for supporting Labour Students, Young Labour and young members and supporters across the country.

The successful candidate will have:

•                   Knowledge and understanding of effective relationship building

•                  Experience of campaigning with young people or students

•                  A track record of campaigning in the Labour Party or other organisations

•                  Ability to devise and carry out a member engagement strategy and to organise events and activities
