Role: Local Organiser – Barrow and Furness
Location: North West Regional Office
Salary: £29,816.63 (gross) per annum, with a fixed sum allowance of £1,127. There is the ability to progress to £33,482.69 over the next 3 years.
Length: A fixed-term contract until the next UK General Election
The Labour Party is looking to recruit a Local Organiser. The post-holder will be responsible for ensuring effective campaign organisation in Barrow and Furness working towards the next General Election.
The successful candidate will have: Knowledge of the aims and values of the Labour Party; Experience of political campaigning; Ability to work with, lead and motivate people; and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
