Fringe at Annual Conference
The ‘fringe’ is the term used for the many individual events that take place around the main conference. Hundreds of organisations host a range of events including seminars, debates, workshops and receptions across the conference site and the host city.
It’s a great opportunity for organisations to reach a wide audience. Annual Conference delegates, commercial visitors, MPs and other key decision makers make for lively and dynamic discussion on a huge range of topics. Booking your event directly through the Labour Party enables you to take advantage of a full fringe package including:
- Maximum impact by holding your event inside the Conference Zone
- Complimentary passes to Conference
- Discounted fringe listings
- AV on-site support service
- Priority advertising slots
- Conference Team to provide advice and support every step of the way
Please follow the steps below to organise your fringe event:
1. Book your fringe event
Organising a fringe event is very simple. Once you have an idea of the style of event, target audience and logistical details – such as preferred day and time – you can submit an online request form using the button below.
Space in the Conference Zone is always in high demand so we recommend you submit your fringe requests as soon as possible. The deadline to submit fringe event requests is Friday 04 April 2025. We are also able to offer fringe space outside the main Conference Zone in nearby hotels and venues such as the Hilton Hotel.
Fringe Venues 2025
In 2025, we are delighted to be returning to Liverpool. Our official fringe venues will be the ACC Liverpool, The Pullman Hotel, The Hilton Hotel and the Leonardo’s Hotel.
Please note that anyone wishing to enter the ACC , the Leonardo Hotel and the Pullman Hotel will require accreditation as these are located within the secure zone. Venue information and room capacities will be available here shortly.
2. Apply for your Event Holder Accreditation
Everyone requiring access to the secure zone from Saturday 27 September from 8am will be required to wear a security pass. Fringe venues in the secure zone at Conference 2025 are the ACC, Exhibition Centre, the Pullman Hotel and the Leonardo Hotel.
As an event holding organisation, you are entitled to 2 event holder passes free of charge. Additional event holder passes are available and the link to apply will be made available shortly.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all your key personnel and staff are accredited in adequate time for Conference. The deadline for applications is 18 July 2025.
Beyond this stage, we are unable to guarantee that applications received after the 18 July will be processed in time for Conference and the cost of accreditation will rise.

3. Fringe Listings
A fringe listing is a pre-formatted piece of text providing Conference delegates with essential information about your fringe event. Fringe listings are uniform with each other, however can vary by type. For example, you can opt to use a free text ‘blurb’ or a speaker list layout, include a logo, or have your listing featured as a premium listing.
Listings can be hosted in the Conference Guide, the Conference website and app, or both.

While external event holders (those not booked via the Conference Team) can still submit a listing, event holders booking fringe events directly through the Labour Party are entitled to a discounted fringe listing

Please be aware the deadline for listing submissions to be included in the printed Conference guide is 18:00 Friday 04 July 2025.

4. Order your audio-visual equipment
Once your space is confirmed, if the event is taking place in the ACC and The Pullman, the Conference Team are on hand to assist you in securing an audio-visual equipment package that best suits the format of your event. The below prices are from 2024 and subject to change.
